  • Memberships and online communities
  • Workshops, events and creator experiences
  • 1:1 creator support and sessions

02

Payments & Subscriptions

Payment may be taken as a one-off payment, recurring subscription or agreed payment plan, depending on what you purchase.

Recurring subscriptions authorise us to take payment using your chosen payment method until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms.

If a payment fails, access to the relevant membership, service, community or digital content may be paused or removed until payment is successfully made.

A fixed-term commitment or payment plan is a commitment to pay the full amount due for the period or service selected.

MEMBERSHIPS

Membership Access & Benefits

Membership benefits depend on the tier purchased and are detailed on the membership page at the time you join.

Membership content, resources and benefits are for the individual member's personal use and must not be shared with another person.

Monthly credits, submissions, scripts, check-ins or other allowances must be used within the relevant membership month and do not roll over unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Membership inclusions may evolve over time. Where reasonable changes are made, we will aim to maintain the overall purpose and value of the membership.

Live sessions may occasionally need to be rescheduled due to circumstances outside our reasonable control.

PLEASE READ

Cancellations & Refunds

Before purchasing, you will be shown the relevant price, inclusions and payment commitment. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed this information.

Monthly memberships may be cancelled using the applicable cancellation process. Cancellation stops future renewals, while access will continue for the remainder of the current paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

Cancelling a fixed-term commitment or payment plan does not remove any outstanding payment obligation for the agreed term.

Purchases are non-refundable once supplied or accessed, except where a refund or cancellation right cannot legally be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

05
BOOKINGS

Workshops, Events & Creator Experiences

Your booking is based on the date, location, price and inclusions advertised when you purchase. Places are only confirmed once the required payment has been received.

Workshop, event and creator experience bookings are non-refundable if you are unable to attend, except where your legal rights require otherwise.

Timings, speakers, locations or activities may occasionally change where reasonably necessary without materially changing the overall experience.

If we cancel an event and do not provide a suitable alternative, you will be offered an appropriate refund or transfer.

Travel, accommodation and other associated costs are your responsibility unless expressly stated as included.

06

1:1 Services & Appointments

1:1 sessions must be booked, paid for and attended according to the terms provided when booking.

Rescheduling and cancellation requirements will be communicated as part of the booking process. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the session being forfeited without refund.

Packages, mentorships or series of sessions will have their payment schedule, duration and inclusions confirmed before purchase.

Sessions may be recorded where appropriate. You will be informed when a session is being recorded and should let us know before the session if you have any concerns.

Creator support and guidance is educational and based on experience and professional opinion. Specific results cannot be guaranteed.

07

Digital Products & Intellectual Property

Courses, templates, downloads, recordings, membership content, workshop materials and other Ivy Ash resources are provided for your personal use unless a separate commercial licence is expressly provided.

All Ivy Ash branding and original materials remain our intellectual property. Purchasing access does not transfer ownership to you.

You must not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, share, upload or commercially exploit Ivy Ash materials or account access without prior written permission.

Access may be restricted or removed where materials or accounts are shared or used in breach of these Terms.

Content you independently create during a workshop, session or programme remains yours unless otherwise agreed.

08

Community Standards

Members and participants are expected to communicate respectfully with us, guests and other members of the community.

Harassment, discrimination, abusive behaviour, spam, unauthorised promotion or behaviour that significantly disrupts the community will not be accepted.

We may restrict or remove access where these standards are seriously or repeatedly breached. Removal for a serious or repeated breach does not automatically entitle the member to a refund.

09

Creator Results

Our products, resources, guidance and experiences are designed to support creators, but results will vary.

We do not guarantee followers, views, engagement, income, brand collaborations, gifted opportunities, social media growth or business results.

Results depend on factors outside our control, including your own implementation, content, consistency, audience, platforms, algorithms and market conditions.

Examples or achievements shared in Ivy Ash content or marketing should not be treated as a promise that you will achieve the same result.

10

Third Parties & External Information

We may reference third-party websites, social platforms, brands, events, software, opportunities or other resources.

We are not responsible for changes, cancellations, availability, technical issues or decisions made by third parties.

Curated events, trends, opportunities and external resources are shared in good faith, but details may change after publication. You should confirm current details directly with the relevant organiser or provider before making arrangements.

Inclusion of a third-party brand, event or resource does not mean there is a partnership or endorsement unless expressly stated.

11
EVENT CONTENT

Photography & Filming

Photography and filming may take place at Ivy Ash workshops, events and creator experiences for content, promotional, marketing and social media purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in identifiable photography or filming, please let us know before the event or make us aware on arrival.

We will take reasonable steps to respect requests made known to us. Where separate consent is legally required for a particular use, it will be requested where required.

12

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses, loss of opportunity, loss of income, loss of business or creator/business results arising from the use of our products or services.

We are not responsible for access problems caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including your internet connection, device, software or third-party services.

Educational content and creator guidance should not be treated as legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice.

13

Personal Information

Personal information provided when purchasing, booking or participating in our services will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

Information may also be processed by third-party platforms needed to provide our services, including payment, website, community, email and video-conferencing providers.

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

14

Changes to Services & Terms

We may update these Terms or make reasonable changes to the format, delivery or content of our products and services to reflect business, platform, industry or legal changes.

The latest Terms will be available through the Ivy Ash website. Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be communicated where reasonably appropriate.

15

Governing Law & Consumer Rights

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or affects statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
